Full description: The long anticipated sequel to the Up Down Up Down walk; The Up Down Up Down Up Down walk covers the same Up Downs as the Up Down Up Down walk, going up (and then down) Win Hill, Bamford Edge, and Stanage Edge, but begins with an additional Up Down from Edale up to Lose Hill (and then down again).

Please note that due to the amount of Up Downs on the Up Down Up Down Up Down walk, a good level of fitness will be required!

Public transport or car sharing options: There is a train from Sheffield at 09:14. Alternatively, you could drive to Hathersage, and pick up the train there at 09:32.

Be prepared:
Please remember to dress appropriately for the time of year. A waterproof is always advised, as well as plenty of food and water. Please bring sun protection if required (sun hat, sunglasses, sun cream etc). Sign-up for this walk opens 5 days before the event. If you sign up and can no longer make it, please be respectful of others and remove yourself from the event so that others can take your place. We request you do this ***NO LATER THAN 6pm*** the night before the walk.
