Full description:
A linear walk taking in North Lees, Stanage Edge and Bamford Edge – expect rolling countryside, spectacular views, two steepish climbs up to the edges and plenty of heather!
The route shouldn't be (too) muddy at this time of year, but proper walking boots (not trainers!) are a must as you will need proper grip on the ascent and descent. It can also get quite windy up on the edges, so please bring a jacket or fleece even if the weather is sunny.
Pub/café stop to finish (The Anglers Rest is both)
