SWG will be heading to York for the day to enjoy it's many, many delights. The likely itinerary will involve a walk around the city walls, a trip to the 'York Chocolate Story', a look round the Minster (either inside or outside depending on those that want to pay to enter) and a visit to the fantastic Brew York brewery, bar and food hall. We are deliberately picking the weekend *before* the Christmas markets as, from prior experience, it's just far too busy to enjoy them on a Saturday.

The preferred method of travel is train (parking in York can be a nightmare), i'll be catching the 09:20 from Sheffield, arriving at York train station for 10:30. If you're taking alternative transport please wait for us in the station entrance at this time, or contact me to make arrangements. The last train from York is 21:57, but we'll be playing things by ear.
