Starting from Tideswell, we heads west to pick up the top of Monk’s Dale. From here we follow it south and then will follow Miller’s Dale below the Monsal Trail. Passing several former mills, we then turn up Cressbrook Dale. Following a quick diversion up Peter's Stone, we return to the start via Litton.
