Take a flask around Dam Flask: breathe, connect, reflect

  • The Nags Head 2 Loxley Road Sheffield, England, S6 6SJ United Kingdom (map)

This walk won't be for everyone, so please make sure to read the full description before joining.
The idea of this walk is to keep at a slower pace circulating around the Dam Flask Reservoir (not a fast pace!). This is a walk that will encourage us to take in the surroundings and taking notice of our senses.
We will take a couple of stops where we can be more present and be still, in a chaotic world. I would like to create some space to connect and do some reflection, with possibly some breathing work, and ask a couple of questions off reflection. It would be completely up to your choice if you would like to share or not, so don't feel obligated! You are welcome to bring a notebook if you would like to write down some things, or to just sit peacefully.

If you have any questions about this walk, please just message!
