SWG Christmas Party with 5 Course Meal

Dress code: Semi-formal/Christmassy! (This is somewhat loose - we'd like you to feel comfortable, but bear in mind it's a fancy venue! Christmas jumpers welcome!)

SIGN UP DEADLINE: 18th November 2024. You must have signed up, chosen your meal and paid by this date to attend the Christmas party. Form for meal selection and payment will be live on 1st November!

Season’s Greetings Everyone!

We are very pleased to announce this year’s SWG Christmas Party is a fancy one, taking place at Halifax Hall (near Ecclesall road) on Saturday 7th December, starting at 7.00pm.

We have a room to ourselves and there’ll be a 5 course meal. It is £38 per person, which we will need you to pay into the SWG account. Once you have clicked ‘Attend’ we will reply to you with a form for meal selection and the SWG bank account details.

We will provide more information soon.

Refunds Policy: Once payment has been made to the SWG account, no refunds can be given. Tickets are transferable between SWG members as an alternative to refunds.

  • Classic Christmas Turkey Dinner with Yorkshire Pudding, Rosemary and Garlic Roast Potatoes, Pigs in Blankets and Turkey Gravy

  • Crisp Fillet of Sea Bass with Fondant Potatoes, Stem Broccoli and Creamed Leek with Peas

  • Roast Butternut Squash, Spinach and Chestnut Mushroom Wellington with Rosemary and Garlic Roast Potatoes, Beetroot Puree, and Tamari and Miso Gravy

  • All Served with Honey Roast Root Vegetables and Cauliflower Cheese

  • Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce and Red Currants (VE Available)

  • Bullion Chocolate Millionaire Mousse Tart with Blood Orange Puree

Drinks
Still and sparkling water are provided at the table. Tea and coffee are provided after the meal. Other drinks available at the bar. Please note that the bar is CARD ONLY.
