Full description:

In order to get an appropriate amount of eggs-ercise ahead of east this will be a long walk in the hills west of Buxton.

We first head south to Three Shires Head and its scenic bridge and waterfalls. We then loop West and head up the imposing peak of Shutlingsloe from where we head down into Macclesfield Forest. We will then make our way north to Shining Tor for a possible glimpse of Snowdon over the Cheshire plain. We then drop down in to the Goyt Valley past the ruins of Errwood Hall. Finally, we make our way back along the valley to the cars.
