Full description: It's been a while since we started a walk from Fox House! This walk takes us up to White Edge, down past The Grouse Inn and up to Froggatt Edge, where we'll enjoy the good rocks and make our way down to Froggatt. We'll drop down onto the Derwent Valley Heritage Way to Grindleford, where we'll climb back to the start up through Padley Gorge. We'll finish up with a drink at Fox House.
Please bring lunch and plenty of water.
Public transport or car sharing options: 272 bus from Sheffield Interchange leaves at 09:46 and arrives at Fox House for 10:19. If you are driving and can offer places, please use the Meetup comments to arrange these.
Be prepared:
Please remember to dress appropriately for the time of year. A waterproof is always advised, as well as plenty of food and water. Please bring sun protection if required (sun hat, sunglasses, sun cream etc).
