Starting with a steep climb up Chinley Churn, we then walk along Chinley Churn before the short, steep ascent of Mount Famine. After an even shorter, steep ascent of South Head, there is an easy section along the path towards the Pennine Way, which we then follow to Kinder Low. We then pass the Woolpacks on the way to Grindslow Knoll, before following the rocky path down to Edale. This will be a muddy or boggy walk (requiring sturdy walking boots).
